Youth Ministry
Featured Friar:
Fr. Marek Stybor, OFM Conv.
Franciscan Friars serve in many roles in the lives of God's people.
Originally from Poland, Fr. Marek had a desire to serve in Mission and was led to complete his theological studies at Tangaza College, Nairobi, Kenya, in 1999, and was ordained that same year. He continued to study in Centerbury, England and Olean, New York. He served in Kenya and Tanzania as Vocation Director, Postulant Director, and Retreat Director before he came to the US to minister to the faithful and inspire the youth of St. Stanislaus Basilica, in Chicopee, MA. There he established three pillars for young people to deepen the roots of faith; Eucharist, Adoration and Formation. Currently he continues to help strengthen young people as he serves in the office of Campus Ministry at The Catholic University of America, in Washington DC.
We thank God for all those who answer His Call.

More on Youth and Campus Ministry
Many
of the ministries in which the Friars of St. Anthony Province are engaged
have programs for youth and young adults. This is especially true in the
parishes, schools, colleges and universities where the Friars serve not only as Celebrants for Mass but through RCIA programsand co-attendees at events such as the National March for Life.
Our Postulants' Active Witness to Love for Life
Postulants from St. Joseph Cupertino Friary/Postulancy, students
from high schools and colleges where our friars serve, as well as friars and
others from parishes and ministries throughout the St. Anthony of Padua
Province, in the 2012 National
March for Life in Washington DC.
We thank them for their example and we pray for
all who represent those unable to attend
